Training Manual

Design and production of a 300 page training
manual to support Customer Service Centre staff through an upgrade of processes and accounting systems. The manual had to be portable, visually appealing, easy to navigate and was designed to accommodate potential updates to the information.

We created concepts for covers, dividers and
information sheets, and provided illustrations.
As well as designing and proofing this product,
we took responsibility for the printing –
compiling the print specifications, obtaining cost
estimates, preparing the artwork for press and
checking printers’ proofs for each stage.
