Origin Garden Design
Identity for a contemporary garden
design
practice. The successful design route was
inspired by a visit to the Noguchi
Museum in
Long Island City, New York, dedicated to the
life and work of Japanese-American
sculptor
Isamu Noguchi (1904-1988).The spiral is a
Koru, a Maori term representing
the fern frond
as it opens, bringing
new life and purity to the
world. It also represents peace, tranquility
and
spirituality, along with a strong sense of regrowth
or new beginnings.
